What We Offer
H-2A Visa: Temporary Agricultural Workers
The H-2A visa allows U.S. agricultural employers to hire foreign nationals for seasonal or temporary agricultural labor if there is a shortage of domestic workers. These visas are critical for industries requiring intensive labor during specific periods, such as planting and harvesting seasons. Employers must meet strict regulatory requirements, including providing housing, meals, or kitchen facilities for workers, and ensuring they comply with U.S. labor laws. This visa is typically valid for up to one year, with extensions possible for up to three years in total
B-1/B-2 Visa: Visitor Visas for Business and Tourism
The B-1 visa is for individuals traveling to the U.S. temporarily for business purposes, such as attending conferences, negotiating contracts, or consulting with business associates. The B-2 visa is for tourism, including visiting family, medical treatment, or leisure activities. Often issued as a combined B-1/B-2 visa, they are non-immigrant visas with durations typically up to six months, though they may be issued for up to 10 years for multiple entries, depending on the applicant’s nationality
H-4 Visa: Dependent Spouses and Children
The H-4 visa is a dependent visa for the spouses and unmarried children (under 21) of H visa holders (H-1B, H-2A, H-2B, or H-3). While H-4 visa holders are primarily allowed to reside in the U.S., certain spouses of H-1B visa holders can apply for Employment Authorization Documents (EAD) to work in the U.S. This visa is not directly tied to employment opportunities but provides family members the ability to live and, in some cases, work or study in the U.S.
H-2B Visa (Temporary Non-Agricultural Workers Program)
The H-2B visa allows U.S. employers to hire foreign workers for temporary non-agricultural jobs, such as hospitality, landscaping, or construction. Similar to the H-2A visa, employers must demonstrate a lack of available U.S. workers for these roles. The program has an annual cap of 66,000 visas
